## Installation and Usage Instructions

### 1. Prerequisites and Required Libraries
|

- **PHP 8.2+** and **MySQL 8.4+** installed
|

- Install Composer using your package manager (e.g., `apt`, `yum`, or from [getcomposer.org](https://getcomposer.org/))

- Run the following command in the project root directory:

### 2. Database Setup

- Import the database structure from `TODO/sql/db_stru.sql`

### 3. Configuration
